Shipping policy

Here at Fetasia Latex we aim to ship your order within 6 to 8 weeks of purchase. If you are purchasing accessories this time may be reduced to 2 to 4 weeks of purchase date.

Please note all items are hand made so we create items in the order in which we receive them. We can sometimes send earlier if you require items for a specific date.

Shipping

We use Royal Mail 1st class signed for delivery services for purchases within the UK. For order outside of the UK we use Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed services where they are available.

Please note, delays due to customs is beyond our control.
